‘Aston Villa and Man Utd to thrash out Garnacho deal’ as new talks planned
Aston Villa have continued to show a keen interest in Alejandro Garnacho.
The Villans are looking to add to their squad this summer in attacking areas, having lost Marcus Rashford and Marco Asensio at the end of their loans.
This could see a Villa Park move for Garnacho make complete sense as a departure from Manchester United looks increasingly likely.
Now, it appears that a switch could be set to edge closer for the 21-year-old with talks to take place in the coming days.
Garnacho talks to kick off at Manchester United
There is no shortage of controversy surrounding Garnacho at the moment as he looks set to be forced out of Old Trafford.
Ruben Amorim is clearly not a fan of the ex-Atletico Madrid youngster and is looking to refresh his squad moving into the new campaign.
As a result, the attacker has been forced to assess options elsewhere, with Aston Villa closely linked with Garnacho at this stage of the window.
If Unai Emery is to get his man, conversations need to be had to make sure of the Argentine forward and what is likely to be a big-money deal.
With that being said, talks look set to kick off shortly with the Man United ace showing a preference to stay in the Premier League beyond the summer [Fabrizio Romano, 17 July].
This could now see Villa step up their interest in the number 17 and make a deal happen with the Red Devils, ready for the new Premier League season.

It is fair to say that the youngster would represent a risk for the claret and blue outfit as what is likely to be one of their biggest signings of the summer.
What can’t be denied is the ability that Garnacho possesses and how good he could prove to be if he puts his head down under Emery.
