Villa News was founded in 2022 to offer a one-stop-shop for Aston Villa fans to get daily, around-the-clock updates on the biggest club in the Midlands.

Our aim is to provide daily news, opinion, matchday content and tactical analysis, as well as a focus on the academy and the women’s team.

Led by lifelong Villa fan Jonty Banks, Villa News aims to give fans a unique take on each story, providing informative, well-written and perfectly-sourced content all year round.

Villa View podcaster and Sky Sports pundit Dan Bardell will be providing Villa News with his expert opinion on the men’s side of Aston Villa while author Freya Taylor and former academy player Lyndsey Bissell are collaborating to share their views on the women’s team.
