Leon Bailey to be raging with Aston Villa amid player trade transfer development
Leon Bailey will be fuming that Aston Villa could sign Samuel Chukwueze in a player swap deal with AC Milan.
The Jamaica international has been an ever-present under Unai Emery but has struggled for form this campaign, failing to score in 14 Premier League appearances this season.
The 27-year-old has also struggled with a hamstring injury sustained against Southampton which has ruled him out of the last two games.
Now the former Bayer Leverkusen man is likely to be fuming after Chukwueze was linked to Villa Park in a potential swap deal.
Leon Bailey to be raging with Samuel Chukwueze Aston Villa news
Bailey’s main competition on the right flank this season has been Jaden Philogene who rejoined the Villans from Hull City in the summer.
It is safe to say that it has been far from the ideal start to life back in B6 for the 22-year-old, making just four starts across all competitions so far this campaign.
The England Under-21 international could now be set for another Villa Park exit with Milan eyeing a move for the winger [Alessandro Jacobone].
This could see Chukwueze complete a move to the West Midlands as part of a swap deal in a reunion with ex-Villarreal boss Unai Emery.

This would likely come as a blow to Bailey who has already been able to keep his place this season ahead of Philogene but would likely face much sterner competition from the Nigeria international.
The 25-year-old wouldn’t move to Villa Park without guarantees of game time which could ultimately hamper the Jamaican’s game time.
