Aston Villa's pre-season tour is set to continue as they take on the Indonesia XI.

Unai Emery's side will kick off against the all-star side consisting of the best players in the countries top flight.

The match will kick off on 1 August with a UK time of 1.30pm with plenty to look forward to.

Following the arrival of Alejandro Garnacho, supporters will be awaiting to see him make his maiden appearance.

Meanwhile, there are plenty of youngsters that will pique interest.

Villa News has been covering Villa's pre-season fixtures so far, and have now predicted the line-up to play in Jakarta.

Unai Emery to unleash rare Aston Villa partnership in defence

Emery has kept it consistent at the back over the last two pre-season games with the same back-five starting.

However, with the games coming thick and fast during pre-season and after a long-haul flight to Indonesia, you could expect changes.

Marco Bizot will keep his place in goal, while Matty Cash and Ian Maatsen remain out wide.

However, Pau Torres will come into the side to replace Modou Keba Cisse, despite his impressive pre-season so far.

Alongside the Spaniard, Tyrone Mings will keep his place.

That centre-back pairing is not often used at Aston Villa, seeing as both are left-footed. According to Transfermarkt, Mings and Torres have only shared the pitch five times, starting together twice.

But seeing as it is pre-season and minutes in the legs is the biggest factor, you could see Emery opt for this decision.

In the midfield, Lamare Bogarde could see himself return to the line-up, while Ross Barkley drops out with Joao Gomes coming in.

In attack, there are a lot more interesting choices to be made for Emery.

Images released by the Villans social media have shown that Garnacho is with the squad in Asia.

The Argentine is likely to make his debut for the B6 side and that could come in the form of a first start.

Getting minutes into his legs as soon as possible is ideal for Villa, seeing as Garnacho only averaged 53 minutes per appearance last season as per Sofascore.

He takes the place of Bradley Burrowes on the right, with Emi Buendia remaining out on the left.
