However, according to David Ornstein in The Athletic, the Englishman is one to watch in the summer transfer window.
Interested parties from around Europe are unlikely to be put off by the fact that Villa have rejected approaches for Rogers in the past, and will try again at the end of the season.
Ornstein added that it will be intriguing to see how Emery’s side responds to any big offers for the former Middlesbrough man, especially if they fail to qualify for the Champions League.

Even though Rogers is already one of the best players in the Premier League, he still holds the potential to improve further in the coming years.
That makes him an incredibly exciting prospect for top teams in England, as well as those around the rest of Europe.
Villa will try their absolute hardest to fight off any approaches for Rogers, but as shown by Alexander Isak last summer, players still retain the ultimate power.
If Rogers decides that he wants to leave and a huge bid comes in for him, then Emery’s side will have little choice but to let him depart.
