Aston Villa are preparing to host Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.
Villa will face Man United at Villa Park with the hope of securing a first win against Ruben Amorim’s side since 2022.
The Villans come into the clash on superb form, having confirmed nine wins in a row as Villa came back to beat West Ham 3-2 last time around.
Villa were victorious against Arsenal in their last B6 outing, so Unai Emery will be hopeful of another three points against the Red Devils.
The claret and blue outfit historically struggle in this fixture, so decisions like the one surrounding Pau Torres are set to be massively important.
Pau Torres could return vs Manchester United
Torres has been linked to Barcelona ahead of the January window, but right now is struggling through injury and has missed the last two outings.
It is a similar story for Emi Martinez, who missed out against Basel and West Ham, but even with Marco Bizot preventing 1.27 expected goals at the London Stadium, he is likely to be replaced.
Matty Cash and Ezri Konsa could keep their places in the starting 11 in the Midlands, with Lucas Digne potentially set to replace Ian Maatsen.
The left centre-back role gives Emery a headache, but Victor Lindelof could keep his role ahead of Torres after a positive spell in the side.
The Sweden international grabbed an assist and maintained a 90 per cent pass accuracy against West Ham, something which may only improve against his former employers in B6.
Emery could also back the same midfield three at Villa Park, with Amadou Onana and Boubacar Kamara potentially set to be joined by Youri Tielemans once again.

Morgan Rogers scored two and completed three dribbles last time out, so he is almost certainly going to start against Amorim’s side.
The England international may be joined once again by John McGinn, who didn’t have his best day against West Ham, but still grabbed a superb assist.
Emery once again has a striker dilemma in claret and blue, with Ollie Watkins struggling once again as he failed to take a single shot in East London.
Donyell Malen could come in to utilise his pace and power up against what could prove to be a shaky Man United backline.
