Juventus open to sale for player Unai Emery can completely transform at Aston Villa
Aston Villa are in desperate need of new signings.
Villa’s lack of spending over the course of the summer has ultimately caught up to them as they stagnate, whilst other Premier League clubs around them continue to strengthen and improve.
Villa are in action against Bologna in the Europa League on Thursday, as Unai Emery’s side are still on the hunt for their first win of the campaign.
With Youri Tielemans already picking up an injury against Everton, a new midfielder would be a welcome addition to Emery’s squad, and supporters may only have to wait until January before this becomes a reality.

Aston Villa interested in Juventus’ Manuel Locatelli
The return of Boubacar Kamara in the Villa engine room was a welcome addition against Sunderland, but giving the 25-year-old a superior partner to John McGinn at the base of the midfield would drastically improve the Villans.
In step, Manuel Locatelli.
As reported by Radio Radio, as per Tutto Juve, Locatelli is no longer considered to be “untouchable” by Juventus, who could be willing to part ways with the Italian.
Aston Villa are said to be weighing up a move ahead of the January transfer window opening.
- Locatelli was a key player for Juventus last season, featuring in 36 out of their 38 Serie A matches
- Of these 36 appearances, 34 were starts as Juventus finished fourth
- Locatelli also managed to chip in with two goals and two assists
Alongside Villa, Wolves and West Ham are reportedly interested in the 27-year-old.

Manuel Locatelli would be a silky operator in Villa’s midfield
Villa supporters may remember Locatelli as he impressed for Italy when he featured during their Euro 2020 triumph, where they defeated England in the final on penalties.
Since then, he has continued to be an ever-present for Juventus and would be a game-changer for Emery’s side with his quality on the ball as well as his ability to break up play.
Perhaps more crucially, it would prevent McGinn from having to be shoehorned into a number six role and allow him to be deployed further forward by Emery as he did with the Scotsman last season.
