Unai Emery stance revealed as ‘panic behind the scenes’ emerges at Aston Villa
Unai Emery is beginning to come under pressure at Aston Villa.
Villa most recently lost on penalties to Brentford in the Carabao Cup, condemning the Villans to yet another night of misery this campaign.
This came just days after Villa drew 0-0 against Everton as their goalless streak in the Premier League continued into a fourth consecutive game.
Harvey Elliott opened his Villa account against Brentford, but that is a rare element of positivity after such a terrible start to the season at Villa Park.
This has seen supporters question Emery somewhat as panic begins to ensue, but now, the thoughts of the Spaniard has emerged in B6.

Unai Emery is not yet concerned at Aston Villa
Villa are looking ahead to a trip to Sunderland to face a newly promoted side that has been flying high since winning the playoffs at Wembley.
Their positive start after a summer transfer window of change almost directly contrasts the claret and blue outfit ahead of a journey to the north east.
As a result, there is widespread anxiety among the B6 fanbase as they look ahead to what many believe is likely to be another defeat.
Despite this, Emery is remaining calm and doesn’t appear to have any high-profile concerns despite a winless start to the season.
This comes after The Telegraph reported on 18 September that there is “no sense of panic behind the scenes” ahead of the clash at the Stadium of Light.
The former PSG head coach is keen to see his side improve in the coming weeks and understands the impact that the transfer window has had on his squad.

Unai Emery will come under fire depending on Sunderland result
It is just five months since Villa so nearly came back from behind to secure a Champions League quarter-final win against PSG.
As a result, sacking Emery or even thinking of it at this stage of the season is enough to cause arguments among supporters.
Even with all the credit in the bank that he has, I can’t see Emery getting away scot free if Villa perform in the same way against Sunderland.
Away to Brentford, there was a general lack of creativity, just as there has been all season, and that has to come down to Emery and his instructions eventually.
As a result, a negative result against the Black Cats could be the beginning of difficult conversations for the ex-Arsenal man in the Midlands.
