Watkins could be sold for mega fee – Three players who may quit Villa before deadline
Aston Villa may have to sell before they bring in any more signings this summer.
Only goalkeeper Marco Bizot has arrived at Villa Park so far, with the Villans reportedly struggling against the Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
But Unai Emery will be hoping something will give in the coming weeks, with the Spaniard hoping to bolster his options ahead of a charge back towards the Premier League top five.
Here, Villa News suggests three players who could leave Villa Park before the window’s deadline.

Jacob Ramsey
Jacob Ramsey is reportedly attracting significant interest from West Ham this summer.
The midfielder has been made available for transfer this summer, with Villa looking to secure a fee in the region of the £42million secured for Douglas Luiz last summer.
Ramsey’s prominence on the pitch took a blow last season, with the Englishman often forced to sit behind emerging star Morgan Rogers.
Produced from the Villa academy, a sale of Ramsey would present pure profit – a massive benefit in respect of the PSR restrictions.

Samuel Iling-Junior
Villa fans thought they may have secured a coup with the signings of young talents Samuel Iling-Junior and Enzo Barrenechea from Juventus last season.
The double-deal cost the Villans £18.6m, with the English winger proving the more expensive of the two.
But after a year on loan for both players, Barrenechea has joined Benfica in a loan deal that contains an obligation, and Iling-Junior could follow him out the door in the coming weeks.
The 21-year-old, whilst talented, was unimpressive on loan at both Bologna and Middlesbrough last season, and failed to make much of an impression for England at the Under-21 Euros.

Ollie Watkins
Ollie Watkins’ departure from Villa Park has been touted throughout the summer. The striker attracted interest from Arsenal in January, but the Gunners have since moved on to other targets.
Instead, Manchester United looked to be lining up a move, and Newcastle United have now also registered their interest.

Appearances | 38 |
Goals | 16 |
Assists | 8 |
The two clubs currently appear to be engaged in a tug-of-war over RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko, with Watkins among the alternative options for both clubs.
With the Premier League’s return rapidly approaching, however, it would likely take a mega-bid to convince Villa to part ways with their main man.
