Jack Grealish ‘desperate’ for Aston Villa return after transfer latest
Aston Villa are yet to truly take flight in the transfer window as the new Premier League season looms large.
The Villans have completed a handful of deals, with Yasin Ozcan, Zepiqueno Redmond, and Marco Bizot all through the Villa Park doors.
Elsewhere, Jack Grealish is set to depart Manchester City this summer after being ostracised by Pep Guardiola.
While the 29-year-old will likely have a host of options, a return to Aston Villa is a real possibility.

Grealish wanted back at Aston Villa
Aston Villa are said to be a main candidate to sign Grealish, who could be available for around £34.5million.
The Englishman sealed a £100million move to the Etihad Stadium in 2021 and has made over 150 appearances for City.
However, last season, the 29-year-old only made seven Premier League starts and cut a forlorn figure in Manchester.
Grealish did not travel to the FIFA Club World Cup, and Guardiola says he needs to be playing football amid speculation.
The forward rose through the ranks at Villa Park and made over 200 appearances before his big-money switch.

Now, former Villa striker Ross McCormack, speaking on talkSPORT (22 July, 08:57 am), has spoken of his desire to see him return to the West Midlands.
He said: “The one for me is Grealish; I’d go and get him back in a heartbeat, an absolute heartbeat. I think he’s an unbelievable talent, and he’d be desperate to go back there.”
Jamie O’Hara replied: “Yeah, I agree.”
Grealish worth a gamble for Unai Emery
The 29-year-old is clearly lacking in confidence at City, but a return to Villa Park would help boost that.
While supporters appear to be divided over such a move, he would surely receive a rousing reception if he returned.
Of course, Grealish does not perhaps possess the pace he once did, but he still has so many redeeming qualities.
His ability to work the ball in tight spaces and pick out a pass is admirable, and he knows how to draw a foul.
Furthermore, the Englishman could be shifted back to a number 10, which would better suit his game.
Although Grealish would not come cheap, Villa would be wise to see if they could negotiate a deal of some kind.
