Kendrick Lamar and SZA at Villa Park: Weather forecast amid Met Office warning

Aston Villa are hosting multiple events to raise further funds this summer.

With PSR catching up to Villa, hosting concerts has been an easy way to raise some money for Unai Emery’s side – assuming it is all piled straight back into the club.

Villa Park has already hosted Black Sabbath and now Kendrick Lamar and SZA are to perform in the Midlands this Thursday (10 July).

Anyone travelling to see the pair should be well-prepared for the weather conditions.

Concert goers should be prepared for blistering heat

Aston is expecting blistering heat over the next few days.

Anyone attending the Kendrick Lamar and SZA concert are warned to prepare for a UK heatwave.

The Met Office has warned that the latest UK heatwave, which has already begun, is likely to be long-lasting.

Pollen and UV levels are expected to be very high in the UK this week, with people told to remain cool and stay indoors if needed.

Anyone attending the concert should ensure that they stock up on plenty of fluids and wear sun protection, with the weather hitting highs of 29°C around the start of the event.

Humidity levels will be at their highest in the early morning at 78 per cent, before dipping down to 40 per cent in the afternoon.

Villa Park may catch some cloud coming in from the north-west but fans should expect plenty of sunny spells caused by high pressure during this period.
