Aston Villa ‘could land Rashford 2.0’ as major update emerges out of Man United
Marcus Rashford enjoyed a successful loan spell at Villa Park in the second half of the 2024/25 season and Aston Villa could pull off a similar deal.
The Manchester United star joined Villa Park in January and played a key role as the Birmingham outfit just missed out on the Champions League.
Rashford produced some impressive performances at Villa as he picked up four goal contributions in 10 Premier League games.
The England international’s form even meant Ollie Watkins was kicked out of the starting XI as the loanee cemented himself in the team.
Now, Unai Emery could repeat this trick this summer with another sensational transfer.

Jadon Sancho could be the next Rashford at Aston Villa
With Villa having PSR concerns, the Birmingham outfit have to be clever in the upcoming transfer window.
Loan deals could be crucial this summer as a way to bring in excellent players for little cost.
Now, according to The Sun (11 June), Villa are looking to sign Jadon Sancho on loan from Manchester United.
Both Tottenham and Newcastle are monitoring developments, as the Red Devils prefer a permanent transfer.

Sancho showed glimpses of his quality during his loan spell at Chelsea this season as he helped the London club win the Europa Conference League.
Emery proved he could get the best out of Rashford this season, and if he can do the same with Sancho, Villa would have an excellent signing on their hands.

Sancho a risk worth taking for Aston Villa
Despite his poor form at Manchester United, the winger is clearly still a good player.
With the right motivation and in the right team, the 25-year-old could be a vital asset.
If Villa can convince Man United to a loan deal, then signing Sancho is a risk Emery must take.
The winger has reached European finals in his last two loan spells, and could easily make it a third at the Birmingham outfit next season.
