Marseille have already initiated discussions with Lens over the potential transfer of the defender.
Apart from that, the other clubs have merely expressed their interest but have not yet looked to begin negotiations.

Konur wrote on X: “Olympique de Marseille has initiated discussions with RC Lens for the transfer of Facundo Medina. Leading European clubs such as Bayer Leverkusen, Crystal Palace, Aston Villa, Newcastle United and AS Roma have openly expressed their interest in Medina.”
