Foster reacts to what Marcus Rashford did at Aston Villa, ‘I’m not having it’
Ben Foster has been left unsure about Marcus Rashford after scoring his first Premier League goal for Aston Villa.
The Villans secured a 3-0 win against Brighton on Wednesday (2 April), with the England international grabbing the first of the night.
This was eventually added to by strikes from fellow winter signings Marco Asensio and Donyell Malen, capping off an excellent night’s work on the south coast.
It might have been a positive performance overall but one Rahsford moment was picked out by Foster after the win was secured.

It is fair to say that the Villa Park faithful are falling in love with the Manchester United loanee more with every week that passes.
Rashford netted his first claret and blue goals against Preston in the FA Cup and added to his tally with another strike at the Amex.
This saw him latch on to a long ball from Morgan Rogers before bouncing the ball over Bart Verbruggen in the Seagulls’ net.
As excellent as this goal appeared to be at first viewing, former England goalkeeper coach Tom Watson was left unsure by the intent being his strike.
Speaking on the Football Fill-In (4 April), he said: “That goal on the counterattack was phenomenal, but I’m not quite sure he meant the finish. He didn’t mean it.”
Foster chipped in, saying: “I’m not having it.”
Rashford shines for Aston Villa once again
Monchi has pulled off another stroke of genius with the signing of the 27-year-old.
Everyone knows exactly what quality the Englishman possesses but he hadn’t been seen for many months wearing red at Old Trafford.
Rashford has now found a home under Unai Emery and looks to have finally found his feet as a regular starter and contributor in claret and blue.

This has culminated in the Villans earning an FA Cup semi-final spot, which could see the loanee line up at Wembley just days after a Champions League quarter-final.
Although a lot of this has been down to the work of Emery and his side to secure results, the introduction of Rashford and Asensio has certainly been a boost.
