Boubacar Kamara ‘set for lucrative offer’ amid Aston Villa contract news
Aston Villa midfielder Boubacar Kamara looks set for a big payday as contract news emerges.
Unai Emery’s side are fighting on three fronts this season, as they maintain aspirations in the Premier League, UEFA Champions League and FA Cup.
Kamara has been a big part of Villa’s success this year, impressing with his displays in defensive midfield, but also sloting in at centre-back when needed.
As a result, it looks as though the Frenchman is set to be rewarded financially.

Aston Villa hold contract talks with Kamara
As reported by The Telegraph’s John Percy via X on Tuesday (25 March), Villa have started talks with Kamara over a new contract in the West Midlands.
The 25-year-old is regarded as a key player for Emery and Villa, who are aware that several sides will be interested in Kamara.
Therefore, ex-Villa scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Villa News – thinks any contract offer will be a generous one.
“Villa will need to make Kamara a good contract offer,” King said.

“If Emery and Villa place that much importance on him, he is clearly a big part of the future plans. Kamara is part of the nucleus of a good squad.
“Therefore, I could see a lucrative offer being put in front of Kamara and his agent because, again, this is a player for the future.”
Aston Villa need to keep hold of Kamara
If Emery sees Kamara as a big part of his plans, keeping hold of the Frenchman should be a priority for Villa. If that means moving some finances around or selling other players, then that is what needs to be done.
While this does cause some uncertainty for players such as Ross Barkley, as long as Villa can offer Kamara enough money to convince him to sign a new deal, that is all that matters.
Kamara’s current contract expires in 2027. Therefore, it is important to get a deal signed sooner rather than later.
