Aston Villa ace jets out of UK ahead of quitting Villa Park for good
Diego Carlos is scheduled to land in Istanbul to before signing for Fenerbache from Aston Villa, according to Yagiz Sabuncuoglu.
The Turkish journalist reported on 21 January that the Brazilian’s flight had departed the UK ahead of a move to the Super Lig.
The 31-year-old is expected to land in Istanbul at 9:15pm GMT (12:15am EEST) before completing a permanent transfer to Jose Mourinho’s side.

The exit of the former Sevilla man has been on the cards for the majority of this winter transfer window and finally looks set to go through.
With Villa interested in bringing Loic Bade in [FootMercato], there needed to be a centre-back departure in January and Carlos appears to be the fall guy.
The Villans will now have to wait for the Brazilian to land in Turkyie and hope that there are no more complications with the deal.
If the defender can complete a move to the Turkish giants, there is every chance that a move to sign the Frenchman from Sevilla will be pushed over the line.
