Unai Emery exit verdict shared at Aston Villa amid fresh Manchester United manager news
Ty Bracey was never worried about Unai Emery leaving Aston Villa for Manchester United as Ruben Amorim was confirmed at Old Trafford.
The Villa boss was touted by the likes of Paul Scholes to take over from Erik Ten Hag which was seen as disrespectful by supporters in B6.
The Sporting Lisbon boss has now announced by the Red Devils via X on Friday 1 November, just four days after the Dutchman was sacked.
Villa podcaster Bracey, who features on the Villa Social, was never worried about the Spaniard leaving the Villans given the current situation at Old Trafford.
Speaking exclusively to Villa News, Bardell said: “It was never really a worry in my opinion.
“Manchester United are a massive club and I get that completely but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are a great club and they’ve been going through a transition for a long time.
“I was never concerned that Emery would ever go there. It didn’t even cross my mind.“
Unai Emery to stay at Aston Villa after Manchester United development
The ex-Villarreal boss has everything he could want at Villa Park whether that be an excellent squad or favourable staff like Monchi at the club.
With that being said, it would have been a bizarre move for him to trade the Midlands for Manchester and join United mid-way through the season.

With Champions League football for the Villans this season, Emery is here to stay and Villa supporters have a right to be delighted that the manager is staying put.
