Aston Villa midfielder Boubacar Kamara injury news shared with November claim made
Aston Villa midfielder Boubacar Kamara will not likely be back to playing 90 minutes regularly until mid-November, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that the first day back would see him participate in parts of training and gradually integrate him back into the setup.
The 24-year-old has been ruled out for months with an ACL rupture and has not yet played this season for the club.
Speaking about this situation, Dr Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, told Villa News:
“It sounds like Kamara is on the verge of returning to full first-team training.
“The first day back would likely be just choice parts of team training and slowly integrating back in.
“Considering the severity of his injury, an ACL rupture, I would expect three to four weeks of team training and assessment before he’s ready for bounce minutes.
“I don’t see him being a regular starter until mid November.“
Boubacar Kamara’s return is crucial for Aston Villa
Last season, the Frenchman made 20 league appearances for Villa and was a first-team regular when fit.
Unai Emery will be hoping that once he recovers, he does not suffer any setbacks and maintains his fitness for the rest of the season.

It remains to be seen how the midfield composition will be when the 24-year-old is back, but it’s something Emery and his coaching staff will have already considered.
