Broadcaster shares ‘incredible’ admission ahead of Aston Villa v Manchester City, ‘No time better’
We’re delighted to welcome Aston Villa podcaster Ty Bracey as our exclusive Aston Villa columnist each week he’ll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at the club…
There is no time better for Aston Villa to get a result against Manchester City ahead of the game between the two sides on Wednesday (6 December), according to Ty Bracey.
Villa come into the clash on the back of 13 straight home victories in the Premier League, a run that stretches all the way back to February.
But Unai Emery’s men, who sit fourth in the table, know this could be their biggest challenge yet as they welcome the English and European champions to Villa Park.

Bracey believes this is the Villans’ best opportunity to claim a result against the Citizens due to their “incredible” home record and because the visitors are without key players Rodri and Jack Grealish.
Speaking exclusively to Villa News, Bracey said: “I’m excited. Rodri’s always on form against us, so I’ll be happy to see him not at Villa Park and Grealish obviously out as well.
“If there was any time where we were going to beat Man City at home, where we’re in incredible form and they’re without some strong players.

“There’s no time better than now for us to get a result from that fixture. I think you’ll see a full-strength side from us.
“I think we’ll be bang up for it against Man City, I really do.”
In other Aston Villa news, a broadcaster has called a controversial incident against Bournemouth an “absolute shambles”.
