Ty Bracey moots Unai Emery's 'scary' insight at Aston Villa, he's 'always right'
Ty Bracey was wowed by Unai Emery’s “scary” insight at Aston Villa.
Emery’s impact at the club is undoubted. He’s now been at the club for over a year and has brought the Villans from relegation battlers to one of the Premier League’s in-form sides. Per The Athletic (24 October), Villa’s form since his arrival is the fourth-best in the league, epitomising his instant impact.
Villa have improved in vital areas, namely hugely maximising chances from set pieces, goal scoring and in defence. The likes of Douglas Luiz, Boubacar Kamara and Ezri Konsa have become some of the league’s best in their position, while the new-found status of the club has attracted stars like Moussa Diaby, Nicolo Zaniolo and Pau Torres.
Bracey shared his admiration for Emery and hailed him as a high-level tactician by highlighting the Spaniard’s ability to predict phases of play.
Speaking exclusively to Villa News, Bracey said: “Emery has a game plan and he executes it. The players frequently say that he tells them what will happen in a game and it always happens, that’s the level of tactician he is. Apparently, that’s quite a common thing.
“He’ll say this or that will happen in the game and apparently he’s always right, which is obviously a little bit scary. He’s changed everything from top to bottom at Villa.”
In other Aston Villa news, a broadcaster has shared an admission on an incident that was blasted by Jamie Carragher live on Sky Sports.
