Marvelous Nakamba pushing for first Aston Villa appearance since injury v Leicester – report
Aston Villa take on Leicester City this weekend as they return to Premier League action after their small break.
Steven Gerrard has decisions to make as he looks to end this poor little run of form going on at Villa Park.
The Express and Star have shared that Marvelous Nakamba is even pushing for his first appearance since his injury.

Gerrard will consider his options, with changes expected to the side after some bad results towards the end of this season.
Nakamba suffered a serious knee injury, so it is highly likely that his return will be staggered across numerous games.
There is little chance of him being thrown straight back into the thick of things with a start against the Foxes.
Changes.
It has been a poor run of results recently, but with Premier League survival already secured, now Europe looks unlikely.
With a mid-table finish likely in the bag, some eyes will be drifting to next season and the future of certain players.
It would be harsh to suggest that Nakamba is playing for his future given he’s had little chance to prove himself, but that is the case.
With Douglas Luiz not really pulling up any trees, Nakamba could jump ahead of him in the pecking order with a strong end to the campaign.
Chances need to be handed out by Gerrard between now and the end of the season next month, and that will determine so much going into a new campaign.
In other Aston Villa news, Cameron Archer says he’s becoming a new player while out on loan.
