Aston Villa are set to receive some major transfer boosts imminently.

Tom Collomosse of the Daily Mail reported late on Sunday evening that Villa are set to seal two deals in the next 24 hours.

Those will be for the aforementioned Suzuki and Ruggeri, with them both possibly to be announced as Villa players on Monday.

Meanwhile, he also claims that Martinez is currently leaning towards moving overseas rather than staying in England.

Suzuki and Ruggeri aren't the only possible incomings Collomosse discussed in his X post, however.

Emery will hope that his transfer recruitment drive this summer won't end with Suzuki and Ruggeri.

Collomosse claims that Villa fans can expect to see an approach made for the right-back this week too.

It's widely reported that both Wan-Bissaka and West Ham mutually want to part ways before the window shuts, and Villa may see bargain potential.
