Who is Lino Sousa set to leave Aston Villa for?

Having joined Aston Villa from Arsenal in February 2024, Sousa hasn't been able to make a first-team impression at Villa Park.

Now 21 and needing to really kickstart his senior career, he is set to leave B6 before the transfer deadline passes.

According to the Shropshire Star, the defender is set to join League Two Shrewsbury.

It's claimed that a loan deal has been agreed, with no mention of an option or obligation for Town to purchase him.
