How to watch Aston Villa vs Wolves Premier League clash: TV channel and kick-off time

Aston Villa are set to host Wolves on Sunday as Unai Emery looks to maintain his side’s good form.

The Birmingham outfit have been on fire in recent weeks, which has seen them push into the European spots.

With Wolves heavily struggling, it is no surprise that Emery’s side are heavy favourites at Villa Park.

Villa could even inflict a terrible club record on Wolves if they can achieve a result, something that looks extremely likely going into the game.

Why does Aston Villa vs Wolves kick-off at 2:05pm?

For many fans, it may seem a bit bizarre that Aston Villa are set to take on Wolves at 2:05pm, rather than the usual 2pm. However, this is due to TV selections.

Crystal Palace’s match against Manchester United was originally set for 12:30pm on Saturday, but was moved back to 12pm on Sunday due to the Eagles’ participation in Europe.

As a result, all of the 2pm kick-offs on Sunday were moved forward by five minutes to avoid a potential overlap.

There are also midweek fixtures next week that limit the opportunity to move games around.
