Leeds United vs Aston Villa: Preview and all you need to know ahead of Elland Road clash
Aston Villa travel to Elland Road to take on Leeds United in the Premier League on Sunday, as Unai Emery looks to continue his side’s drive towards the top four.
Before the international break, Villa beat Bournemouth 4-0 in what was a stunning performance at Villa Park.
Emi Buendia, Amadou Onana, Ross Barkley and Donyell Malen all got on the scoresheet as Emery‘s side crushed the Cherries.
Villa are massive favourites to beat Leeds, too, with Daniel Farke’s team having lost four of their last five Premier League games.
Leeds have not scored in Villa’s last three visits to Elland Road, with Emery hoping to make that four on the spin.

Team news
Thomas Tuchel confirmed Morgan Rogers was suffering from a hamstring niggle in the build-up to England’s games against Serbia and Albania, but the midfielder ended up featuring in both and should be available on Sunday.
The same cannot be said of Tyrone Mings, who remains absent after suffering an injury in the loss to Liverpool.
Ezri Konsa was injured on international duty and left the camp early, although Tuchel played down worries of anything major.

Matty Cash, Onana and Lamare Bogarde are all suffering from slight injuries, too, but should be in contention for selection on Sunday.
Willy Gnonto will likely return to action for Leeds on Sunday, with the Whites enjoying a clean bill of health aside from Sebastiaan Bornauw, who is dealing with a slight knee injury.
Likely lineups
Leeds United: Perri; Bogle, Rodon, Struijk, Gudmundsson; Tanaka, Longstaff; James, Stach, Okafor; Nmecha
Aston Villa: Martinez; Bogarde, Lindelof, Torres, Digne; Kamara, Tielemans; Guessand, Rogers, McGinn; Watkins

Prediction: Leeds United 1-3 Aston Villa
The Elland Road atmosphere will likely be Villa‘s toughest opponent on Sunday. The intense stadium can provide an intimidating backdrop, but it can also be stifled.

Emery will be hoping his team can be efficient and quick with their attacks, avoiding anything that could spur on the home fans.
Ultimately, Villa should have too much for a struggling Leeds team, with the movement of the likes of Ollie Watkins and Malen set to be key.
