Aston Villa could get Vitor Pereira sacked as mindblowing Wolves update emerges

Aston Villa have transformed their season after an awful start to the Premier League.

After only picking up three points from their opening five games with only one goal scored, the Villans have won their last four, including wins over Tottenham and Manchester City.

Unai Emery has been hailed for the recent success at Villa Park, as those around them look on with envy yet again in the Premier League and beyond.

One of those is Wolves, who are in real trouble yet again as Aston Villa continue flying up the table.

Vitor Pereira faces sack at Wolves

Vitor Pereira is in real trouble at Molineux; that is very clear.

Wolves have two points from their nine Premier League fixtures, and have also lost to all three newly-promoted clubs already.

Burnley were the latest to taste success, leaving WV1 with a 3-2 victory thanks to a Lyle Foster goal in added time on Sunday, but that wasn’t the best part.

Hilarious videos, if you’re an Aston Villa fan, have surfaced of Pereira and players clashing with fans, who have clearly had enough after a familiar start to another season.

Despite calls for him to be sacked by thousands, Pereira may well be given more time, after a mind-blowing update emerged on Sunday.

Alex Crook reported that, according to Wolves’ sources, the Portuguese national is not under threat of the sack after the loss to Burnley.

It is said that there is a realisation that the newly-promoted clubs are better this season, which should actually be more of a reason to part ways.

Aston Villa could get Vitor Pereira sacked

Aston Villa don’t play Wolves until November 30, but in hilarious fashion, they could get Pereira sacked.

Given that the Wolves board are said to be backing their manager at this stage, only four games stand between them and a trip to Villa Park.

With a Carabao Cup clash against Chelsea next time out, that could be a welcome break from their Premier League troubles, after beating West Ham in the same competition.

After that, games against Fulham, Chelsea again, and Crystal Palace don’t appear to offer any hope of picking up more points before the Midlands derby.

Backing a manager with only two points in nine games and already six points from safety is crazy, but Aston Villa and Emery will be ready to take full advantage of that next month.

This could be the moment that the Villans haunt Pereira, who may lose his job in the process.
