Emery instructs Villa bosses as transfer decision made on Rashford and Asensio
Marco Asensio and Marcus Rashford have had a superb impact since signing for Aston Villa in the winter transfer window.
The Villans are undergoing a positive run of form after securing four wins in a row across all competitions.
Unai Emery has a lot to thank his winter signings for after having a telling impact on his side’s fortunes after many difficult spells this campaign.
Looking ahead to the summer window, the Spaniard has urged Villa Park bosses to make a decision over the future of Rashford and Asensio.

Emery wants permanent Asensio move at Aston Villa
The loan duo have become instant fan favourites on the terraces at Villa Park which has seen many demand permanent deals for both.
The phrase “Never fall in love with a loan player” has gone out the window in B6 as the Villans get used to life with the pair.
Asensio has had a particularly telling impact with his seven goals in eight games which have helped Villa earn progression in the Champions League and FA Cup.

Rashford has also been superb since signing from Manchester United but is yet to open his goal-scoring account in claret and blue.
Regardless of this, GIVE ME SPORT has reported (23 March) that a deal for the England international could be turned into a permanent one in the summer.
As well as this, Emery has now instructed club bosses at Villa Park to push forward to complete a deal for Asensio with PSG ahead of the window opening.

Aston Villa must sign Asensio
You would struggle to find a Villa fan who would not want the former Real Madrid to sign permanently in the West Midlands.
The Spaniard has shown his class in his limited appearances for the Villans and could prove to be a bargain signing in the summer.
Asensio was on top form against Club Brugge and has the chance to earn a place in an FA Cup semi-final in his potential next appearance.
The B6 club are set to travel to face Preston at Deepdale on 30 March which could prove to be yet another acid test for the PSG loanee in claret and blue.
