Aston Villa eye Tottenham ace Bissouma as transfer offers on the table
Aston Villa could be set to make a summer swoop to sign Yves Bissouma from Tottenham.
The Villans have had a positive turn since the end of the winter transfer window as a Champions League quarter-final awaits in April.
This has been partly down to the additions of Marcus Rashford and Marco Asensio who have had a telling impact in their first two months in B6.
Looking ahead to the summer window, there are likely to be other signings made with the hope of having a similar impact and Bissouma could prove to be an option.

Aston Villa could make Bissouma move
There will be a need for additions in the upcoming window as Villa look to continue their progress under Unai Emery.
The Spaniard does have plenty of midfield options already available to him but has gone without Amadou Onana and Ross Barkley on regular occasions.
Premier League matches missed | |
Ross Barkley | 13 |
Amadou Onana | 12 |
Boubacar Kamara | 12 |
John McGinn | 4 |
This could see a new option be looked into ahead of the new campaign and Bissouma could prove to be that man at Villa Park.
GIVE ME SPORT have reported (23 March) that there is a chance that the Villans could move for the Mali international in the coming months.
The Tottenham midfielder has fallen out of favour with Ange Postecoglou and looks destined for a summer exit from North London.
Villa could welcome the 28-year-old in from Spurs who also has transfer offers coming in from France for his signature.

Tottenham want rid of Bissouma
It is fair to say that Postecoglou has run out of patience with Bissouma in North London after his recent performances.
There are elements of laziness with the former Brighton man’s showings which have resulted in angry comments from the Aussie.
This does make it a surprise that Emery and Co. would want to bring the Malian in, in the summer window, especially with the goals that the Villans have.
It would be interesting to understand the ideas of Monchi if he was to bring the midfielder to Bodymoor Heath in the coming months.
Given how out of favour Bissouma is at Spurs, a cheap fee must be on the cards which could spark the Spaniards interest.
