Aston Villa defender signs up ex-Villa Park star as new agent
Aston Villa defender Jeffery Aibangbee has signed Robert Snodgrass as his new agent.
The former Villa midfielder is a fan favourite in B6 despite only playing one season on loan and looks set to be linking up with the club again.
Sports Management International revealed to Instagram on 7 January that the youngster had signed with the agency, linking up with Snodgrass as his agent.
The ex-Scotland international responded to this update by saying: “Yes Jeffery Aibangbee” accompanied by a fire emoji.
Aston Villa defender links up with Robert Snodgrass as agent
The Villans have a history of bringing young talent through into the first team but combining them with the experience of other top pros.
This was certainly the case when Snodgrass was on loan in B6, combining well with Jack Grealish in his true breakthrough season as a first-team regular.
Now it looks like this trend is going to continue with Aibangbee who is now under the guidance of the former West Ham midfielder.
If the young defender can make the most out of this link and take up as much advice and guidance from the 37-year-old, there is every chance he can succeed at Villa Park.

It will be exciting for supporters to see yet another starlet come through the ranks at Villa Park who appears to have plenty of potential.
It will also be appealing to potentially see Snodgrass back around the Villans given how well-liked he is on the terraces after a positive stint on the wing in the West Midlands.
