Aston Villa exit on cards for Rory Wilson as Inter Milan transfer news emerges
Inter Milan are closely monitoring the developments of Aston Villa youth star Rory Wilson as he enters the final months of his contract, Sport Italia reports.
According to the Italian news outlet’s website [13 December], the 18-year-old is likely to depart Villa Park at the end of the season altering the interest of sides across Europe.

Rory Wilson will leave Aston Villa
Aston Villa have been backed into a corner with Wilson as his short-stint in Birmingham is heading towards a bitter end.
Villa News exclusively reported on 20 October that the Scotland Under-21 international was forced to train alone as the contract saga rumbles on and all roads are leading to his Villa departure.
It should come as no surprise that the forward is eager to seek pastures new – treating a young forward in such a manner, regardless of the circumstances, is a bad look for Unai Emery and sends a strong message to the academy crop.
Wilson has no guaranteed path to the first team at Villa Park with Jhon Duran and Ollie Watkins sharing the burden of leading the line, therefore a move would benefit his best interests.

Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham have paved the way for young British talent to hone their skills in Europe, and Wilson will undoubtedly fancy his chances of being the next European success project.
Regardless, Aston Villa will recoup £224,000 in compensation of the £290,000 outlay to pry the forward out of Rangers – all in all, a potential move to Inter Milan will be beneficial to all parties.
