Aston Villa early team news v Crystal Palace, images emerge from Bodymoor Heath
Dan Bardell believes Ezri Konsa will be fit to start for Aston Villa against Crystal Palace despite suffering an injury with England.
The 27-year-old was forced to withdraw from the Three Lions squad early after coming off at halftime against Greece on Thursday (14 November).
With a Premier League clash coming up against the Eagles on Saturday (23 November), Unai Emery will want the versatile defender available for selection.
Sky Sports and talkSPORT journalist Bardell has suggested that the Englishman will be available for selection alongside Pau Torres who also had his own issues during the international break.
Speaking exclusively to Villa News, Bardell said: “It looks like Torres is definitely fit, we’ve seen pictures of him in training.
“We haven’t seen anything of Ezri Konsa but my thinking is that they’ll both be fit. Cash looks like he’s back, he’ll come back into the back four for a home game against Crystal Palace.
“I wouldn’t expect too many changes, McGinn will be in for Ramsey I would think but other than that I wouldn’t expect too much.“
Ezri Konsa may start for Aston Villa v Crystal Palace
The Villans are coming into the clash at Villa Park in need of a win after four defeats on the bounce in all competitions.
After working hard during the international break, Emery will be keen to have as many of his players available, especially after Jacob Ramsey and Boubacar Kamara suffered their own issues.

It will be a welcome boost for the Spaniard to have Konsa starting against Palace especially if Torres starts and Cash comes back into the starting XI.
