Aston Villa ace Morgan Rogers sends clear message to new England boss Thomas Tuchel
Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers made a substitute appearance for England in their 5-0 demolition job over Republic of Ireland on Sunday.
Rogers has been a standout performer under Unai Emery this season, earning his first England call-up prior to the November international break.
Having made his Three Lions debut against Greece last week, Rogers was introduced as a late substitute against Ireland and impressed in his short cameo, completing 100 per cent of his passes, according to FotMob.

Despite having only been on the pitch for 15 minutes, there were plenty of positives to take from the performance of Rogers, whose England place has been warranted.
The Villa star completed 100 per cent of the seven passes he attempted after coming on in the 75th minute, creating one chance in the process that registered an xA (expected assists) of 0.28.
His 100 per cent dribble success rate comes as no surprise, with his ability on the ball evident for Aston Villa each week.
Rogers is capable of driving his team forward from a wide position and creating opportunities, whether it be for himself or a teammate.
Although he didn’t get anything to show for it at the end, two of his 11 touches in the game arrived in the opposition area, just demonstrating his willingness to provide numbers in the box and add to any threat posed by his side.
Albeit against a side that rarely looked dangerous, Rogers also contributed defensively, winning 100 per cent of the two defensive duels he was involved in.
His short cameo will not have gone unnoticed by future England boss Thomas Tuchel, who may opt to include Rogers in his squad for the next set of international fixtures in March.
