Aston Villa dud Kosta Nedeljkovic struggles again in another Serbia shocker
Aston Villa flop Kosta Nedeljkovic failed to impress again for Serbia, being substituted in a 3-0 defeat against Spain on Tuesday 15 September.
The 18-year-old has struggled for regular minutes in the Premier League in B6 but was still called up for his national side for the international break.
The defender had a tough evening against Switzerland (12 October) which saw him give away a penalty before eventually being hooked by Dragan Stojkovic.
The clash against the European Championship champions posed an opportunity to impress Unai Emery but it is safe to say he failed to do so.

Despite a shaky showing last time out, the Villa youngster was still awarded a start on the international stage but didn’t truly make the opportunity count.
This is despite accumulating 17 touches throughout a 64-minute showing which he utilised to complete 10 passes with a 91 per cent accuracy [FotMob].
This will certainly catch the eye of Emery, especially after he maintained a ratio of 86 per cent last time out against the Swiss.
It has to be said that defensively against top attacking opposition, the 18-year-old was found out somewhat as he failed to register a single tackle or interception while making just two blocks.
The right wing-back on the night won just one duel, losing three, maintaining a poor success rate of just 25 per cent.
Going forward, Nedeljkovic did complete one dribble with a 50 per cent ratio and had one touch in the opposition penalty area.
This also saw the Villa man create one chance for his teammates despite not getting involved with a goal or an assist.

It has to be said that his attacking stats have to be taken with a pinch of salt due to playing further forward in a back five, which is something that the defender won’t be doing at Villa Park.
It was another opportunity for the youngster to impress Emery on the international stage but one that has disappointingly gotten away from him.
