Aston Villa contract news fully justified as Kadan Young footage emerges from England camp

Kadan Young scored an excellent goal for England Under-19s on Saturday (12 October) to prove why he deserved a new Aston Villa contract.

The 18-year-old committed his long-term future to the Villans after the news was shared on Wednesday 18 September.

The winger made his debut for the Villa first team against Wycombe Wanderers and was able to prove himself, providing an assist for Emi Buendia’s goal.

He has carried this form onto the international stage with an excellent goal against the Netherlands.

Young showed his pace to get in behind the Oranje back line on the right wing before driving into the penalty area.

The youngster then took an excellent touch past the defender and the goalkeeper before smashing the ball into an open net.

This just showed how good he is and has left Villa fans excited for what they could see as the campaign moves on.

If the academy graduate can continue to show this kind of form when handed a chance for the Villans or for England, Emery will certainly sit up and take notice.

It is clear that he deserved this new contract in B6 and this goal for the Three Lions will only help prove his worth.
