The Netherlands international has become Robert de Pauw’s seventh signing as Villa manager since joining earlier in the summer.
The versatile right winger moves to Villa Park after four years in Amsterdam after joining on a free contract from ADO Den Haag.
The 23-year-old’s new manager is pleased with the signing, he said: “Chasity is a fast winger with lots of pace. She can play on both sides and is also able to play as a striker or wing-back.
“She is a player I believe will suit the WSL with her style of play and I look forward to working with her and seeing her shine in front of our amazing supporters.”

The attacker won multiple titles in her time in the Netherlands including a national championship, two Dutch Cups, and an Eredivisie Cup.
She brings great experience of European competition which could help to push the Villans up the WSL table.
The addition of Grant will provide de Pauw with a point of difference in games when her raw pace can be utilised as a weapon.
With Alisha Lehmann exiting Villa Park to follow Douglas Luiz to Juventus, the need for wide attacking options was clear for all to see.
The Dutch international also has the ability to feature as a wing back when needed which could help the Villans be more defensively sound as a whole.
There is excitement building about Villa Women and the work they have done so far in the transfer window.
