Karim Adeyemi transfer development emerges amid Aston Villa links
Karim Adeyemi should not struggle to adapt to the Premier League should Aston Villa sign him, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.
The injury expert claims that despite multiple setbacks in the 2023/24 season, the 22-year-old Borussia Dortmund attacker does not have any standout fitness issues.
This comes after the Daily Mail reported on 25 July that Villa want to sign the £35million-rated Germany international who would leave Dortmund only for a Champions League club.
Speaking about this situation, Dr Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, told Villa News:
“He’s had a few injuries last season but I wouldn’t say it’s an indicator of him struggling in the Premier League because the ankle injury was impact based and even the muscular injury is within normal variance.
“They happen, especially for high pace players like Adeyemi.
“If it was a constant trend, then that would lean towards more of an indicator.
“The adapting may take time but I would not dissuade Villa from signing him solely based on that.
“His fitness seems good enough for the Premier League.“
Karim Adeyemi would be a quality signing for Aston Villa
Villa should sign Adeyemi to bolster their attacking options and replace the departed Moussa Diaby.
The German’s pace and dribbling skills make him a valuable asset for Villa’s high-intensity style of play.
His Champions League experience and desire to join a top-tier club add to his appeal.

Securing Adeyemi would signal Villa’s ambition to compete at the highest level and provide the depth needed to navigate domestic and European competitions.
In other Aston Villa news, a groundbreaking transfer claim has emerged as the Villans are now keen on signing a two-time Champions League-winning attacking midfielder.
