How to watch Aston Villa vs Leeds clash: TV channel, live stream and kick-off time

Aston Villa will return to Premier League action on Saturday when they welcome Leeds United to Villa Park.

After being knocked out of the FA Cup by Newcastle on Valentine’s Day, the Villans will be refocusing on their bid to qualify for next season’s Champions League.

Aston Villa‘s Premier League form has stuttered in recent weeks, with the Brummies winning just two of their last six fixtures.

However, as Unai Emery seeks his 100th win in charge of Villa against Daniel Farke’s Leeds, they remain third in the table, closer to first-placed Arsenal than they are to Liverpool in sixth.

Here, Villa News brings you everything you need to know to watch the game between the Villans and the Whites this weekend.

How to watch Aston Villa vs Leeds

Leeds come into the match having progressed to the fifth round of the FA Cup by beating Villa’s rivals Birmingham City in a penalty shootout on Sunday.

They currently sit 15th in the Premier League table, and they have already secured important draws away to Liverpool and Chelsea in 2026.

The game kicks off at 3pm on Saturday, meaning it will not be televised live in the United Kingdom.

However, Sky Sports will upload highlights of the game via their social media channels soon after full-time.

Highlights will also be shown on BBC One’s Match of the Day programme at 10:25pm on Saturday.

Aston Villa fans outside of the UK will likely be able to live-stream the game on their chosen streaming service, dependent upon subscriptions.

Villa haven’t lost against Leeds since 2020, and they completed a remarkable turnaround at Elland Road to secure a 2-1 win over the Whites on 23 November.

They’ll certainly be confident of securing all three points at Villa Park, but they’ll have to be wary of Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha up front.

What Aston Villa fans need to know about Leeds’ system

Leeds looked destined for relegation at the start of the season, but as soon as they switched to a 3-5-2 tactic at the end of November, they have been on an impressive run.

Since the start of December, Farke’s side have only lost two matches in the top flight, which shows that they’ll be a tough test for Villa.

Calvert-Lewin and Nmecha have scored a combined total of 17 goals in all competitions this season, which means that Ezri Konsa and Pau Torres will have their work cut out for them.

Leeds will overload the midfield, and as a result, Douglas Luiz and Amadou Onana will be kept busy throughout the match.

Villa should have enough quality to see off Leeds, but the losses against Everton and Brentford have shown the fans that no match this season will be straightforward.
